Payment Terms
Autopay Required
All monthly services are billed automatically. Set it and forget it—your books stay current without the hassle.
Billed in Advance
Payment is due before the month starts. We bill on the 1st; you get the full month of service.
3-Month Minimum
All packages require a minimum 3-month commitment. After that, continue month-to-month with 30-day notice to cancel.
Missed Payment Policy
If payment fails, services are paused immediately. We resume once payment clears—no exceptions.
Frequently Asked Questions
If you consistently exceed your limit, we'll recommend upgrading to the next tier. Occasional overages are billed at $1.50 per additional transaction. We'll notify you before any additional charges.
Monthly bookkeeping starts with current, clean books. If you're behind, you'll need our Bookkeeping Cleanup service first. Once you're caught up, you can transition seamlessly into monthly service.
We specialize in QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop. As certified QuickBooks ProAdvisors, we know the platform inside and out. If you're using different software, we can discuss options during your consultation.
We set up a simple system during onboarding. Most clients use QuickBooks' built-in receipt capture, email forwarding, or a shared folder. We'll walk you through the easiest option for your workflow.
After your initial 3-month commitment, you can cancel with 30 days written notice. We'll complete any in-progress work and ensure a clean handoff of your books.
Payroll processing is not included in our standard bookkeeping packages. However, we can recommend trusted payroll partners or discuss adding payroll services for an additional fee.
