                        How do I know which package I need?

                        Count how many months you're behind on bookkeeping. If you're 1–3 months behind, start with Light. 4–6 months? Standard is perfect. More than 6 months or multiple accounts? You'll need our Advanced package with a custom quote. Not sure? Book a free discovery call and we'll assess together.

                        How long does the cleanup take?

                        Light Cleanup: 5–7 business days. Standard Cleanup: 10–14 business days. Advanced Cleanup: Timeline varies based on scope—we'll provide an estimate during your consultation.

                        Do you work with QuickBooks only?

                        We specialize in QuickBooks Online and Desktop. If you're using another platform, we can discuss migration to QuickBooks as part of your cleanup or work within your current system for an additional fee.

                        What happens after cleanup is complete?

                        You'll have clean, organized books ready for tax preparation. Many clients transition to our Monthly Bookkeeping packages to keep things running smoothly. We'll discuss the best path forward during your review call.
